  19. Installation:
  20. -------------
  21. To install Application Dock, simply unzip or copy APPDOCK.EXE and 
  22. APPDOCK.HLP to a directory in your path.  The first time you run 
  23. this program, an About dialog box will pop up to remind you that
  24. this is a shareware program.  From then on it will only appear
  25. when you select About from the Help menu.

  27.     (NOTE: If you are upgrading from a previous release of 
  28.     Application Dock, you MUST delete any program, help, ini, 
  29.     and dck files before installing version 4.0.)

  31. How Do I Use This Stupid Thing?:
  32. --------------------------------
  33. This program uses both the left and right mouse buttons.  
  34. Clicking on a dock button with the right mouse button will 
  35. popup a menu for that button, while double-lcicking with the 
  36. left mouse buton on a button will execute the program set for 
  37. that button.  The top button in the dock is the system button, 
  38. it's menu allowing you to exit the program, set preferences, 
  39. get help, etc...  The other buttons below it are the program 
  40. item buttons, which you can assign to various programs.  It's 
  41. menu allows you to edit the settings for the item you clicked 
  42. on, delete or add new items to the dock, and get help.  The 
  43. online help contains the full documentation for the rest of 
  44. this program. See it for more details on using the software, 
  45. as well as for instructions and an order form for registration.

  49. This software is shareware, it is NOT free.  If you like the 
  50. program and continue to use it, you MUST register the program.  
  51. The shareware version contains the one limitation of allowing 
  52. only 6 items in the dock.  The Registration fee is $10.00 US.
